Stars Lacrosse

Stars Lacrosse was founded with one primary goal in mind: developing lacrosse skills and IQ among boys with a passion for the sport. Stars Lacrosse will field competitive summer & fall teams, participating in some of the region's top tournaments for similar developmental lacrosse clubs. In addition to these competitive events, Stars Lacrosse will run team practices, year-round skills-based clinics, and position-specific training opportunities for boys from 3rd-12th grade to build on their strengths and address areas of growth. 

The coaches and directors of Stars Lacrosse are committed to providing both group and individual instruction to players, helping to mold them into young men capable of competing at the highest levels. We do this by creating an atmosphere of learning-by-doing in order to bring out the best in all athletes, focusing on the fundamentals of the sport and achieving personal goals.

The lessons learned about teamwork, leadership, and perseverance will be ones that extend far beyond the lacrosse field, and the character built from these experiences will encourage each athlete to aspire to greatness, and work hard in order to achieve that end.

Specialized Training 5:30-6:30pm

General Lacrosse Training 6:30-7:30pm

Our 12-week fall/winter training begins in November and will run through January, 2026 leading seamlessly into the spring lacrosse season for town and high school programs.

*If you plan on registering for more than one session you must register for each on its own ex: complete registration for speed & agility, refresh and complete registration for goalie training.*

Specialized Training to be offered:

Future Stars (Grades K-4): Lacrosse training and skill-building for younger emerging players. Focus on stick skills and FUNdamentals to keep our littlest Stars engaged and enjoying the game. 

Offensive/Defensive Strategies & Skills: Focused training opportunities for both offensive players (attack/offensive midfield) and close defense. Footwork, stick skills, improving shooting, and game situation awareness. 

Faceoff Specialist (FOGO): Small-group work for FOGOs with dedicated faceoff coach. 

Goalie Specialist: Small-group work for FOGOs with dedicated faceoff coach. 

** Both FOGO & Goalie capped at 8 players max. for highly-tailored, individualized training. **

Help your son stay active and keep his lacrosse skills in tact this fall with Stars Lacrosse fall teams! We will be offering a HS team plus two youth teams for kids in graduation years 2027 to 2035 (11th to 3rd grade).

Saturday practices will be held in Bethel, CT (9:30-11am) beginning in late September, with the possibility of occasional weeknight evenings as field availability allows. The season will begin September 27, 2025.
