Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Spring/Summer Hockey

No refunds

Stars Lacrosse

Once an offer is accepted, there are no refunds offered for deposits. Stars Lacrosse will offer up to a 50% refund on future installments if provided with a notice in writing of an intent to rescind the offer. Must be received no later than 12/31/25. Any declinations after that date will not be refunded. Fall and/or Summer ONLY athletes' families must notify the club director of their decision to decline the roster spot within 60 days of the first scheduled team event for a 100% refund. Any time within 60 days until that scheduled event will be up to a 50% refund. There will be no refunds once the season begins. There are no refunds for tryouts.

Soccer

No refunds

Frostbite Frenzy

No Refunds. In the event of weather-related cancellations, refunds will be issued only if the tournament does not take place.

Mitemare Before Christmas

No refund once registered.

Stars FC Tryouts 2026-2027

Tryouts are free.
